✅ Appointments & Booking

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended to guarantee service.
A credit card may be required to hold appointments during peak times or for group bookings.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $20 administration fee.
No-shows may be subject to a full service charge on your next visit or account.

🕒 Late Arrivals

Please call if you’re running late.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rebooking.

💅 Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 5 days.
We’ll do our best to offer a fix or adjustment at no extra cost.
Refunds are not offered for completed services.

💳 Payments

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.
Gratuities are welcome in cash or added to your card.

🧼 Health & Safety

For everyone's safety, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
We use hospital-grade sanitation practices and single-use tools where applicable.

🧒 Children in the Salon

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
For safety reasons, children are not permitted near treatment stations unless receiving a service.

🐾 Pets

We love animals, but pets are not permitted inside the salon (service animals exempt).

🎨 Nail Art Consultations

For custom nail art, we recommend bringing photos or booking a free 5-minute consultation ahead of time.
